Hernia Claims - £2,300 to £16,500

Uncomplicated indirect inguinal hernias, possibly repaired and with no other associated abdominal injury or damage - £2,300 to £5,000.

A direct inguinal hernia where there has been no pre-existing weakness with some risk of recurrence after repair - £4,750 to £6,250.

Hernia causing continuing pain and/or limitation on physical activities, sport, or employment after repair - £10,000 to £16,500.
